( unfortunately we are not allowed to have bbq grills anywhere) Walking distance to 6 cafe s and bars and a basic store and post office. And a wonderful new micro brew house 1 block away ! About fees A new city law mandates I charge 14% bed transient occupancy tax ( one of the highest in the USA feel free to complain to the city of pismo beach ) This is included in the final total which you will see on Airbnb along w Airbnb fees also ( fees galore )! The other fees are Airbnb’s booking fees 17% and a living Calif wage house keeper fee. Yes all these fees add up ! I only get the nightly fee as your hostess. There are plenty of cafes and brew houses to walk to with great crafted beer and local wine. Perfect for 2 to 4 guests Must be quite and mellow guests No parties loud music or "rowdy lively “ or “grumpies” Neighbors asked for mellow guests as the home is in a very quiet beach residential neighborhood. I leave my guests alone unless they want interaction I m friendly warm and a gracious helpful hostess and fully respect guests privacy We ask for guests who are quite mellow non smokers and partiers looking for a peaceful soulful cottage by the sea getaway Thank you My neighborhood is a real old fashioned neighborhood. Where everyone knows each other's name we talk and meet at the beach park at sunset for wine and song and sharing. I hope you enjoy the sweet non city stunning ocean front neighborhood. Fabulous new bike path is done !! Runs 2 miles thru Shell beach into downtown Pismo beach ! Buses And trolley on the weekend Lyft and Uber are very quick and readily available. Walk everywhere is also an option Many cafes and bars all within -10 blocks and many others with in a mile Dogs ( we do not allow cats or other animals ) must show proof of ESA or service dog PETS No instant book w a dog must explain dog and request I allow ONE 100% NON SHEDDING hypoallergenic dog over 2 years old No labs mixes retrievers pit mixes etc ( we love dogs ) but we do not have time to clean up fur dogs and guests and cleaners have severe allergies AGAIN must be absolutely non shedding and we need a photo of your pup be the reservation is No puppies or BARKERS OF any kind no dogs allowed in the beds or on the furniture We need to do a a deep deep clean for those who have pet allergies- All pets must be brushed clean and have current flea treatment No pets on bed or furniture no exceptions I will request the pup via Airbnb request for funds link. ** please note we also use minimum toxic pest spray last time pro sprayed we found 50 plus honey bees dead outside -so if you hate Mother Nature bugs / critters this is not a good fit we protect and prioritize a toxic free environment for all living beings- so far no guests have ever had a complaint.
