Attic of Villa Gentilini, nature & memories

Our guests are welcome in the attic (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) of Villa Gentilini, a mountain house in a large private area immersed in the nature, for very relaxing periods in summer and great skiing in winter. 1 small pet allowed. Villa Gentilini is in the characteristic village of Serrada, 4 km from Folgaria, 20 km from the cities of Rovereto and Trento and 35 km from the Garda Lake. Excursions start right out of the door of Villa Gentilini, a golf course is within 7 km. In winter our guests can walk to the ski station of Serrada (5 minutes) and have access to the large network of slopes of the Altipiano di Folgaria e Lavarone. Villa Gentilini is at walking distance from the center of Serrada (5 minutes) where our guests can also find a grocery store, a bakery, a bar, two pizzerias and a restaurant. At Villa Gentilini we like to provide our guests the maximum comfort and, at the same time, we think to the environment by reducing the consumption of energy, water, raw materials and polluting less. For this purpose, in collaboration with our guests, we have activated a series of simple actions such as setting the fridge in the minimum consumption mode and performing a proper waste collection. Guest access The large private field in front of the house is completely available for our guests and is a great place for kids that like playing soccer in summer and use the sledge in winter. Other things to note From 1 January 2020, the cost does not include 1 euros per person (over 14 years) per night of province tax, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. The amount must be paid in cash upon check-out.
