Bright & modern apartment in a family house in a quiet location overlooking the countryside & close proximity to downtown, highway & trade fair. Perfect connection to downtown & exhibition center. Free parking in front of the house. A pond is right outside the door & invites you to relax + jog. public transport, shopping & restaurants can be reached in 5 min. The space **COVID-19:** The apartment is completely sanitized and there is a hygiene concept during the stay!!! Disinfectant is available in your room!!! The apartment is in a quiet district of Nuremberg, with very good public transport connections and the highway connection. The nearby nature invites you to relax, stroll and jog, but also the adventure pool and spa world "Kristallwelten" in stone such as the Playmobil-Funpark are popular excursion destinations in Nuremberg, which are within max. 15 minutes to reach. In 10-15 minutes you are in the city center and in 18 minutes directly at the exhibition center (car). This makes the location very versatile and easy. Shopping, such as restaurants, can also be reached in no time on foot. So there is something for every taste :) The apartment is bright and friendly, has a good & positive energy. Wifi is of course available. I hold back as a host, but I am always open to a nice conversation and of course give you tips for staying in Nuremberg and the surrounding area - if desired. Important: I have a dog who also lives in the apartment! My dog is good and is happy about nice guests :) The dog is NOT allowed in the bedroom!!
