Urban oasis in historic Waverly Place (12th South neighborhood) just 2 short miles from downtown and 1/2 mile from the bars on 12th South and even closer to eateries on 8th South. This spacious home will accommodate you whether you're here for a fun weekend or extended business stay. The space I've had a ton of fun in this house, and so will you. This home has large rooms, hardwoods, 11' ceilings throughout, and tons of natural light. You're 2 miles from downtown and only a half mile to the shops on 12th S. or the offices on Music Row. Whether it's a guys or girls trip, couples weekend, or a business trip you'll have a great time and comfortable stay. With 2,600 sq ft there is plenty of room! Enjoy the eat in kitchen, large dining room, great sound system, and awesome terraced backyard which is perfect for pre or post party drinks or morning coffee if the weather is nice. The house is stocked with plenty of quality flatware and cookware as well as basic spices, coffee, etc. There are three bedrooms downstairs (#1 has a queen and full, #2 has a full, #3 has a full) and the upstairs has plenty of room plus a bathroom with shower. The pic doesn't show it, but the downstairs bathroom is now equipped with a shower and enclosure for the claw foot tub making a fully functional shower that works great. You'll love this house - the high ceilings, spacious rooms, and comfortable décor create a nice environment. Don't fret about parking - there is a driveway as well as plenty of street parking that is always available right in front of the house. All the parking is free and no permit is required. Guest access You'll have the entire house to yourselves. This has been my home for over 10 years - I simply ask that you treat it as you would your own!
