*This Gracious Heritage listed limestone home built in 1901 has retained its heritage charm with many of its original features, allowing guests the opportunity to step back in time and experience a real Fremantle Limestone Home. It's fondly referred to as the "Old Girl". It accommodates up to 4 guests with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Free parking. Public transport is only 200m away. The space * PLEASE NOTE that the rates are for up to 2 guests p/night utilising 1 bedroom for a minimum stay of 3 nights. An additional fee will apply for the use of the second bedroom which will be an extra $15 p/night if there is only 2 guests booking and need the second bedroom. Otherwise the second bedroom will be closed for the duration of your stay. Not suitable for infants or children under 13 years. *The home accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 separate bedrooms each with queen beds, split system aircons, quality fresh bedding, linen, bath and beach towels, soaps, shampoo and everything you need for a pleasant stay. *We have a fully equipped GALLEY kitchen encouraging guests to prepare a meal on their stay in days. Guest access *Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, Smart TV. *Lounge room, dining room/laptop work space, breakfast area, fully equipped GALLEY kitchen with enough room to prepare meals if you want to do some cooking, it has a gas upright stove, oven and microwave. Bathroom with shower over the original claw bath. Inside and outside toilets. Laundry with washing machine. Ironing board and iron. A great wrap around verandah and a terrace area under the grape vines for you to enjoy over the spring and summer months. Other things to note *With prior notice we are flexible with arrival and departure. Otherwise check in is 2pm to 7pm and check out is 11am. Please be aware that we need an ETA for check in, as we meet and greet all our guests on check in. *Heritage on Burt is strictly a non smoking property. *No functions, gatherings or parties are allowed on the premises. *No pets allowed. *As this is the cause of most house fires, burning of candles, tea lights or any naked flames are strictly prohibited. *Please respect a quiet time after 10pm. *If you are found to be non compliant of any of the above you will forfeit your bond.
