Beach House on Burgess - a fantastic central location to relax and explore the picturesque coastal town of Bicheno. The house is extremely comfortable, with bright open plan living and dining, reverse cycle ac, fully equipped kitchen with basic supplies, three large bedrooms, incl. master with ensuite, a seperate main bathroom and laundry. Enjoy the sunshine on the deck, or in the garden. You are only a few minutes’ walk to the blow hole, beaches and the eateries that Bicheno offers. The space The house has dual living dining area with reverse cycle heat pump for cooling or warming-please note the wood heater is unavailable for guest use. There is a large kitchen with the choice of two or three bedrooms, one with an ensuite as well as a main bathroom and a third toilet. The master and second bedroom both have queen beds and the third bedroom having two single beds. Great for the kids. The beds have electric blankets for winter and extra blankets, if required. Take advantage of the fully equipped modern kitchen including the essentials you will need for your stay and more incl. flour, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, tomato sauce, paper towel and food wraps to get you started, if you want cook a family meal or enjoy a barbeque (electric bbq provided) on the deck. The kitchen also has the added convenience of a dishwasher with complimentary tabs provided. Tea and coffee provisions including a small milk to get you started and a Nespresso machine with some pods and milk frother. Relax in the light-filled living area with two leather sofas to help you settle in and access your favourite free to air channels and Netflix options and free Wi-Fi or unwind by choosing one of the great selection of books, puzzles and games available. Children will feel right at home with the toys, games, books and DVDs provided for your enjoyment. The house’s main bathroom has a shower over a bath (spa), with a shower in the ensuite and a third toilet accessible from the third bedroom. We use a professional linen and cleaning service to ensure a comfortable stay with bathroom towels also provided. A separate laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer is available for guests, with complimentary washing powder. The house also has a clothes line to hang your beach towels to dry or your holiday washing. A Porta cot and high chair is available upon request only. Guest access Keys to the house are kept in a lock box. You will be sent the location and code a few days before you are due to arrive. Please use the lock box when coming and going from the house, using your allocated code so the key remains in a safe place. Other things to note The property also has a seperate one bedroom studio apartment which is available for booking. The studio has private access and a separate private yard.
