Home in Omaha

Located on the 3rd floor of our home in a nice neighborhood near Elmwood Park and within walking distance to bus lines. There are 2 single-sized beds, a double/full bed, plus a couch, TV and a bathroom. Free parking on the street. The space Our 3rd floor bedroom is spacious with a private bathroom. 2 single beds, plus a double/full bed, and a couch offer space for sleeping, lounging, watching TV and of course there is free wifi. Breakfast at guests request. If a family of 4-5 comes, a younger child could sleep on the couch, on an extra mattress on the floor, or we could provide a child-bed for a toddler or baby. Dorm refrigerator and Hair dryer also available. Guest access Already mentioned elsewhere: Cable TV, free wifi, and breakfast served by us, if requested. Guests could use our kitchen, if requested. Laundry done on request. During your stay We are hosts in the traditional B & B sense - willing to give suggestions, recommendations and such for the Omaha area. Access to the room is through our home. Living areas are on 1st floor, our family bedrooms are on 2nd and the Airbnb space is on 3rd. We are in residence when the room is available for Airbnb. Other things to note Remember that this room is on the 3rd floor. There is no handicap-accessability. You must be able to ascend 2 flights of stairs on your own!
