AVLI - relaxing residence

AVLI is an independent residence built on an area of 8 acres with an open horizon and a view of the Thracian Sea. It is located just 800 meters from an organized beach and a few kilometers from the center of Alexandroupolis. It has been recently rebuilt and is ideal for hosting families or groups visiting the city of Alexandroupolis. The space AVLI consists of a 120 sqm detached house which has two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, large closets and independent balconies with a view. The living room area is unevenly divided with the kitchen and has two sofas that convert into beds and can accommodate either two adults or four small children. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances, small appliances and cooking utensils that will fully meet your cooking requirements. In the same area we have created for you an excellent seating corner where you can relax or play your favorite board games. The central balcony of the house is so large that it covers most of the perimeter of the house and you can enjoy the view while relaxing at sunrise or sunset. As you can see from the name we gave to our accommodation, the courtyard of our accommodation is particularly special as it has a very large area of greenery, fully fenced with barbecue facilities, sun loungers for moments of relaxation and flower beds full of flowers and trees. The barbecue features a built-in wood-fired oven, grill, baking accessories and a large dining area that can accommodate up to 12 people. In the courtyard you can park your car or motorcycle. At 800 meters there is an organized beach or alternatively you can use the hotel pool located just a few meters away. We wish you a wonderful stay!
