Ranch style home, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Views of the lake from main and upper decks. Your stay includes use of all common areas of the living & dining rooms, kitchen, patio pool and jacuzzi. We live in the home and have our own private bedroom suite on the opposite side of the house. The space Our single floor ranch home is situated in a quiet neighborhood allowing you to relax and recharge after visiting our lake, river, desert and community. Your private area includes a bedroom with a queen bed, refrigerator and several other amenities and a private bathroom. Cleaning of all surfaces with an alcohol based cleaner will provide you with peace of mind. You also have access to the pool spa and a shared fully equipped kitchen, Livingroom and back patio with upper deck. There is no smoking or vaping indoors. Guest access You will be provided your personal code to enter the main front door. Available right outside your bedroom door is the washer and dryer, access to fully equipped kitchen, micro-wave, toaster oven and a great coffee and cappuccino station (coffee provided), Pool, spa and beautiful back patio with views of Lake Havasu. Spiral stairway leads to an upper deck for more views of sunsets, stars and mountain ranges. NOT child friendly. There is one step into the home and one step from foyer to living room. No animals please. During your stay I work from home and Donna is retired and we live in the home. We enjoy socializing with guest in the home or allow you privacy as we have a master suite on the opposite side of the home. We are available as much or as little as you like. Other things to note London Bridge is only a 15 minute drive away providing lake/river front dining, shopping, tours and boat/jet ski rentals. We also have beach chairs, towels, picnic basket and cooler available for your use. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible based on other guest bookings. Any special requests, just ask. There are so many things to see and do: • Lake Havasu City (3 miles from Main Street and 5 miles to the lake). There are also many types of outdoor rentals activities available, Parasailing, RV’s, Boats, Canoes, Paddle Boats, and Off Road Vehicles to visit The Bar in the Desert. Take the passenger ferry across the Lake to the Casino. • Oatman, an old mining town where Clark Gable and Carol Lombard honeymooned (58 miles) and wild donkey roam the street for handouts. • Lake Mead National Park (140 miles) • Hoover Dam (137 miles) • Las Vegas Strip (157 miles) • Sedona (235 miles) • Grand Canyon (Visitor Center-236 miles) • The Painted Desert and the Petrified Forest (317 miles)
