Prime location if you are visiting the Joshua Tree National Park! The Joshua Tree Village House is only 9 minutes (5 miles) from the park entrance and in walking distance from the visitor center! Downtown Joshua Tree is 1 mile away where restaurants and grocers are in abundance! As our guest, you will have the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, office, patio and backyard. The space Here at The Joshua Tree Village House we want you to feel at home, our home has everything you need for a short weekend getaway or a week's long stay. -Overview- The Joshua Tree Village house was built in the 1970s, is a 3 bed 2 bath single family house. There is plenty of space throughout the house, inside and out for your stay. The house is equipped with central heating and cooling to keep you comfortable. -Living Room- Entering the house you will find the living room with arms chairs and a sectional sofa large enough for everybody. Enjoy the space by binging on your favorite show on Netflix, playing some music on the record player or just streaming some music to the Marshall bluetooth speaker. -Master Bedroom & master bathroom- The master bedroom has a California king bed and the attached master bathroom has a standing shower along with all the essentials. -Bedroom 2- The second bedroom has queen size bed with plenty of storage for your belongings - Office - In the third room you will find plenty of board games and a small creative space where children can rock paint or draw. There is also a workspace available if needed. -Kitchen- The kitchen provides dining table for 6 and everything you might need for a meal with family and friends. It is equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator (with filtered water), dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, Keurig coffeemaker and coffee, tea kettle and tea, cleaning supplies, BBQ tools, dishes, cups, plastic dishes and cups for outdoor dining. -Outdoor Space- Exiting through the sliding glass, you will enter into a private outdoor space surrounded by corrugated steel with plenty of seating. Charcoal and firewood are not provided. The front yard is also set up for you to enjoy the views, you will be able to see the "Little San Bernardino Mountains" and the stars on a clear moonless night. There is a security camera overlooking the front and sides areas facing the street with motion detector lights. Your privacy is always respected. This is just for added security when the house is vacant. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house; Private Carport & Driveway parking, street parking is available for multiple vehicles.
