Rooms on Water is a charming, beautiful accommodation in the hold of a former inland barge from 1913 for up to approx. 12 people. You have a spacious living room, 6 bedrooms with 2 beds and bathroom en suite, kitchen and a roof(deck)terrace! A prime location and a very suitable place to stay for families, groups of friends, or companies (e.g., meetings with overnight stays). Rooms on Water is located in the centre of Rotterdam in a unique location. Lots of hotspots and public transport are very close by. The space The space you rent is the former cargo space, where a lot of light comes in through the large ship windows in the ceiling and walls. Each bedroom has a fold-out bunk bed available at an additional cost, but the total number of guests is max. 15 people. The bedrooms are quite small, but also equipped with closet space, many hooks ;-), floor heating, air conditioning and an opening window. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, freezer (a drawer is available on request), fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (including filters) and kettle. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet, sink and make-up mirror. You can also use the living room very well as a meeting room. Guest access You rent the former cargo space, which means 3/4 of the entire ship (total 40mtr). You have your own entrance and your own roof terrace. The gate on the quay and the front door both have a code lock. I will give you the codes upon arrival. Other things to note * Please be respectful of my accommodation/ contents and the surrounding area. *Rooms on Water is not a party venue; loud music, games like beer pong, are prohibited. *A bachelorette outing is only possible under strict conditions. You are required to contact the owner before booking. * The minimum age for groups of friends is 28 years old. *Stone grilling, gourmets, etc., is not allowed in the accommodation; *Barbecuing is allowed, after consultation, on the deck terrace, provided there is no damage to the boat; *Smoking or vaping on board is allowed only on the deck terrace. *The owner lives on board in the former skipper's house. The accommodation to be rented and its living space are completely separated from each other. *Please note: the tourist tax applies to the time of stay and not of books, so this can be a different amount if the municipality of Rotterdam changes this percentage.
