Group accommodation Rooms on Water

Rooms on Water is an attractive, beautiful accommodation in the hold of a former inland barge (approx. 12 p.). You have a spacious living room, 6 bedrooms with 2 beds and bathroom en suite, kitchen and a roof (deck) terrace! A prime location and a very suitable accommodation for family and friend groups and also companies (meetings in combination with overnight stay). Rooms on Water is located in the center of Rotterdam in a unique location. Lots of hotspots and public transportation are very close by. The space The space you rent is the former cargo hold, where a lot of light comes in through the large ship windows in the ceiling and walls. Each bedroom has a fold-out bunk bed available at an additional cost, but the total number of guests is max. 15 people. The bedrooms are quite small, but also equipped with closet space, many hooks ;-), floor heating, air conditioning and an opening window. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, freezer (a drawer is available on request), fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (including filters) and kettle. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet, sink and make-up mirror. You can also use the living room very well as a meeting room. Guest access You rent the former cargo hold, which means 3/4 of the entire ship (total 40mtr). You have your own entrance and your own roof terrace. The gate on the quay and the front door both have a code lock. I'll give you the codes when you arrive. Other things to note * Please be respectful of my accommodation/household and the surrounding area. *Rooms on Water is not a party venue; loud music, games like beer pong, are prohibited. *A bachelor party is only possible under strict conditions. You are required to contact the owner before making a reservation. * The minimum age for groups of friends is 28 years. *Stone grilling, gourmet cooking, etc. is not allowed in the accommodation; *Barbecuing is allowed, after consultation on deck on the terrace, provided there is no damage to the ship; *Smoking or vaping on board is only allowed on the deck terrace. *The owner lives on board in the former skipper's house. The accommodation to be rented and her living space are completely separated from each other. *Please note: the tourist tax applies to the time of stay and not of booking, so this may become a different amount if the Municipality of Rotterdam changes this percentage.
