A beautiful country house made of stone in a fantastic location in the middle of nature, only 20 minutes from Palma. You will be delighted by this warm and cosy house with its wonderful surroundings and privacy. It is located on a 30 hectare farm. It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along. The space The house is perfect for a family or a group of friends, and also for cycling lovers (the access road to the house is completely paved). Here the tranquility is absolute and the house has all the amenities you would need: 4 bedrooms with airco, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a private swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, an exterior covered terrace, BBQ and lots of outdoor space in which to enjoy nature.
