We have two double rooms, (sea view room with bathroom one floor downstairs, and land view room with bathroom next to your room, NOT ensuite) This B&B is not suited for someone with mobility problem or if you are looking for modern comfort. On stormy day, chimney will haul, roof may leaks, we have damp walls and roof leak. Spiders love crack and crevices of our old house, Books love collecting dusts. If you are after specific room then please enquire before your request as it may be taken. The space Two double rooms are situated second floor above the bookshop. Bedrooms are facing each other. There is a internal bolt in your room. Sea view room bathroom is one floor downstairs when other room is taken. No access to the kitchen by guest, but you have fridge in room, plates / cutleries, microwave are in communal dining room for take away. Guest access NO KITCHEN ENTRY for the guest but fridge, microwave in communal area. Communal area is used by bookshop as well. Washing and drying service available with extra charge. (no free access) . Baby high chair and cot available by request. Please do not leave personal belongings in communal space unattended. During your stay I live 15 mins walk away so you may be the only person in a house on a quiet days. Cooked serviced breakfast now only available depending on the day of my other work 3-5days a week, otherwise self serviced breakfast is offered ( continental or English, to reheat yourself). Check out is 2hrs after your nominated time of breakfast, latest check out is 11am (if your breakfast is after 9am). Room will be serviced by request bases. Other things to note House is very old Georgian. We have some damp problems (not smelly), and windows are single grazed. Sea view room may be noisy from street out especially during holidays and weekend. You may wish to bring ear plug. Due to many stairs and no walk-in shower cubicle, this place is not recommend for a guest with mobility problems. Price is for 1 room, double occupancy. Extra child/adult may be able to sleep on chair bed matress by request and by availability. (balance payabale direct at check out) Price is for 1 room, double occupancy. Breakfast (English/Continental and other cooked options) is included (Japanese breakfast is only by minimum of 48hrs prior arrangement with £5 surcharge or £8 for 2) served anytime before 10am (after 8:30 only in winter), Check out is 2hrs after your nominated breakfast or 11am if your brakfast is after 9am.
