Pachna Villa Baytna

Villa Baytna is in Pachna village in the foothills of the Troodos mountains with beautiful unobstructed valley and sea views. It is outside the village in quiet fields with a short walk to village center and a small market with local vegetables, great yogurt, haloumi cheese, eggs and basics. Pachna is on the Cyprus wine trail with 2 wineries. Two lovely uncrowded beaches with beach tavernas are 20 minutes away by car. 700 meters above sea level, the climate is drier and cooler than at the coast The space The house is comprised of two floors with two bedrooms and bathrooms ensuite on the first floor-both with balconies with valley and sea views. The ground floor has one bedroom with private bathroom ensuite. A fourth bathroom is for guests . Living and dining rooms and a kitchen are also on the ground floor and all open to a large grapevine covered terrace. There is a 15 meter lap pool with small wading pool. A flagstone terrace surrounds the pool. The pool area also has a covered pergola area, cabana room and bathroom. Combination A/C/heating units in main living area and bedrooms. We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines and are registered with Cyprus Ministry of Tourism. Guest access Guests have access to all unlocked cabinets and rooms, terraces, garden, orchard (with olive, almond and fruit trees) and swimming pool.
