Our master bedroom features a private deck, ensuite bathroom, and an adjacent study with a leather sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Should members of your group have mobility issues, this is the bedroom where they can truly relax with its spaciousness and a shower chair and grab bars available in the en-suite if required. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are serviced by a separate toilet and bathroom and can be configured with either a king-size double bed or 2 king single beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The main bathroom has a self-standing claw foot bath, so you can enjoy a most relaxing soak after a day of adventure. For our guests who love stargazing, we provide a telescope for you to enjoy the beautiful starry night skies and during the day explore in detail the scenic rural surroundings, Victor Harbor, and Granite Island. We also offer optional extras such as guided astronomy experiences using a large, electric telescope or perhaps you might like to enjoy an on-site massage or personalised yoga lesson. The property includes heritage scrubland with many native birds and animals. You will see many kangaroos daily and at night the calls of the frogs in the spring-fed dams will delight you. When the villa is booked for a couple only, bedrooms 2 and 3 will be closed unless pre-arrangements have been made. We will discuss your bedding needs with before your arrival. Bedrooms 2 & 3 can be configured as either a king bed or as two extra large single beds. Registered guests will be free to explore the 201 acres of the farm too. Enjoy a picnic beside the spring-fed dam or trek through the beautiful heritage scrub. We can arrange a guided nature tour through the scrub and around our farm too so just let us know if this interests you! Other things to note Your health is our priority. Professional cleaning is undertaken prior to each booking. Our cleaning protocol encompasses the Australian Government’s “Environmental cleaning and disinfection principles for COVID-19”. The property has external security cameras covering the driveway and car parking areas.
