This stylish space is the 1st floor of my home and has a separate entrance. Suitable for anyone requiring holiday accommodation or business stays, use as a base to start and end your days. 15 minute to CBD, close to main arterial Roads The space Although this accommodation is primarily my home and has the typical elements of a home stay, with host living on site, it has a separate entrance with stairs leading up to the balcony to the 1st floor and offers quiet and privacy and sensor lights for safety. The entire apartment that you are booking consists of a kitchenette, sitting room, full bathroom and either 1 or 2 bedrooms for guests to book, depending on their requirements. Breakfast supplies are included for the first days stay. The space is clean and spacious with contemporary style rooms and comfortable accommodation, pricing is based on number of guests basis. The area is generally quiet and peaceful but with the Williamstown Beach station only 2 minutes walk away, you may hear the occasional sound of the train going past. Bedroom 1, Queen Bed, accommodate 1 to 2 guests. Bedroom 2, Queen Bed, also accommodates 1 or 2 guests (4 in total) Both rooms have electric blankets, full length mirror and BIW with shelving, hanging space and hangers. Armchair and chest of draws with night lamp. Kitchenette includes: microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, crockery cutlery and fridge provided. COOKING permitted only in appliances provided. Microwave, toaster, Kettle. Lots of cafes, restaurants, takeaway and supermarket close by. Bathroom with full length bath, large shower, double sink and toilet, towels, shampoo and conditioner provided. Dinning table and 4 chairs/combined sitting room with 3 seater coach, coffee table and 55cm TV. RC air conditioner - Very clean, tidy and spacious. Guest access The apartment is located above the main house (1st floor of my home) and is fully self contained. Primarily my home with guest accommodation. Separate access using a remote control to the garage, leading up the stairs to the balcony and entrance to the apartment. The balcony is possibly the only shared space if other guests are staying onsite At the same time. Other things to note Must do's Visit Williamstown Botanical Gardens, one block away. Williamstown main beach, The Esplanade - 2 blocks away. Tourist ferry across to Melbourne, 3 blocks away. Lantern Ghost tours, 3 blocks away. Dine at one of the many restaurants or cafes, or try one of our many fish and chip shops.
