Dellfield holiday cottage

Self contained holiday flat. 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin). Double room has en-suite shower room. Spacious sitting room looks out onto secluded shared garden. Off road parking for 2 vehicles next to the flat. We are inside the South Downs National Park with lovely walks close by. We are also close to Goodwood for the Festival of Speed, Revival and Horse Racing - as well as the cathedral city of Chichester and sandy beaches at West Wittering. The space The flat is self contained with its own access door. Fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer and a sitting room with TV. There is access to a laundry room with a coin operated washer and drier. Guest access We have a swimming pool (outdoor and only in the summer), tennis court, sauna and gym which guests can use by arrangement (extra charge for use of sauna due to electricity costs). We just ask for consideration as sometimes we would like to enjoy them either on our own or with friends. We do not expect guests to spend all day everyday by the pool. The garden has a slide and trampoline and there is a shed with a few toys and bikes suitable for children. Other things to note Although the flat is all on the ground floor there is a small step down into the sitting room and there are 3 steps outside down from the car park area to the main access door. The flat is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the steps noted above and also a narrow door between the kitchen and sitting room. The sitting room and kitchen/dining room are spacious but the bedrooms are compact.
