Apartment fully renovated and decorated by Isabelle (Opale Intérieur) in a chic fisherman's hut style in the "La Matelote" building on the ground floor. It is ideally located in the Courgain Maritime district, a 2-minute walk to the city center and all shops and restaurants. The view is beautiful and the corridor in front allows you to appreciate it even more! You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes. Parking is free and easy to find in front of the building. The space 39 m2 apartment completely renovated and decorated (by Opale Intérieur), equipped with the essentials for an overnight stop or to spend a good vacation watching the boats pass by! Ideal for a couple or couple with two children. We take a lot of time to keep the apartment in a state of maximum cleanliness. The apartment consists of a bedroom (mattress width 1.6 m X length 2 m) with ensuite bathroom (shower). Living room with sofa bed and a thick mattress (mattress width 1.6 m X length 2 m). Modern kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven and under-counter refrigerator, separate toilet. The coffee maker is a Krups with large Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsules. If you need a baby bed (umbrella type), baby bath, high chair, ask us. Linens and towels are included in the price. PETS: No exceptions, don't waste your time asking us. - Mediation dogs not accepted - Emotional support animals not accepted (ESA dog...) If animals are present on arrival, we will not hand over the keys. Note that we obviously accept assistance dogs for people with disabilities upon presentation of supporting documents (disability disability card, priority card, educator certificate and national identification certificate for the animal) Other things to note Booking for 1 or 2 people: I only prepare the bed in the bedroom. Booking for 3 or 4 people: I prepare the bed and the sofa bed. If there are 2 of you wishing to use both beds, let me know beforehand, as I will not ask you out of respect.
