The Little Stone Cottage

Self contained detached stone cottage. Immaculately presented, the cottage is very private and has magnificent garden, mountain and lake panoramic views. Large bedroom upstairs with a super king bed and a small en-suite. Downstairs is the living room with a kitchenette. The cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood, 4km from the town centre and 500m from Penrith Beach. Walking, hiking and mountain bike trails are all close. The space The bedroom is decorated in quality furnishings with a super king bed. Please note the bedroom is not set up for cooking. We have provided a fridge, toaster, plates and utensils for breakfast in the room and for any food you bring with you. Complimentary Nespresso, instant coffee, tea and biscuits are provided. Downstairs there is a living room with 3 piece suite and small dining table. In addition there is a small kitchenette with a fridge and basic cooking facilities. These include a combination microwave oven (can be used as oven, grill, microwave or a combination) and a hot plate along with kettle, pots and pans etc. Please note there is no traditional stove. The laundry is located downstairs (washing machine and dryer) and this facility is shared with the owners. The lawn at the side of the cottage is also an ideal place to read a book and relax on a summer day. Guest access Private entry via a gravel path to the upstairs room of the stone cottage. A key lockbox is located at the base of the stairs. Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair access. Parking is on the road beside the path. Please note the upstairs and downstairs are not connected by an internal staircase and access is achieved via the outside stairs and path. Other things to note Free WiFi, Smart TV with subscriptions for Netflix and Amazon Prime. Tv's are available both up and downstairs. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided.
