Once inside our gates, you will immediately begin to relax, unwind and breathe in country and coastal scents. Take time and wander throughout the property and enjoy the fruits of labour in our magical garden. Entertaining decks with views will ensure Alfresco dining is on top of the list. Wonderfully located in the middle of the Mornington Peninsula's hinterland with a plethora of exquisite Vineyards and Restaurants awaiting your discovery. Close proximity to excellent beaches and bays. Please note as part of our booking process, we require a Guest Registration form to be filled by all guests and require a valid credit card to be included for our records. This is quite separate from Airbnb and is part of our Terms and Conditions. Airbnb no longer has a security deposit listed, however, under our management and by owner direction, a credit card must be listed for Security Bond with no exceptions. The Security Bond is listed on the Guest Registration form. Upon Check in the credit card will be put through as a pre-authorised amount, not a charge and funds to the amount of security bond frozen until management has inspected property. This amount will then be released. PLEASE NOTE: THE OAKS HAS AN UNFENCED DAM Dam is a considerable distance from the house. It is the responsibility of parents of young children for their safety whilst visiting our rural property. Guest access 15 Acres in all its entirety will be at the disposal of our guests. We are sure you will of space enjoy the freedom of our property. Sprawl out in the house, spill out onto the decks, explore our garden, or perhaps a hit of tennis on our mod grass court. Please Note: The Oaks has now included an unfenced dam within its grounds. The dam is a considerable distance from the house. Other things to note Please note : Our 4th Bedroom is a Studio Bedroom which is located steps away from the main house. Guests in Studio Bedroom will need to access bathroom in main house via laundry door. Pathway in between studio and main house is well constructed and is provisioned by solar lighting. The Oaks has a septic system and our water is filtered tank water. PLEASE NOTE: GUEST REGISTRATION FORM TO BE FILLED BY ALL GUESTS as PART OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDING SECURITY BOND.
