The space The property has 5 double bedrooms all with independent access from the outside and en-suite bathroom, sunset side beachfront lounge, kitchenette, second lounge with professional pool table, SPA with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, gym, swimming pool and tennis/ball flight court. The pool, 12 x 6 meters with infinity system and powered by sea water, is a cure-all for the mind and body and is divided into two areas with different depths. Among the many terraces located on the estate to highlight a terrace of over 300 square meters overlooking the sea overlooking the port of Forio and one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island, with barbecue and gazebo with outdoor table. The extraordinary location and extension of the structure allows you to enjoy all the spaces (indoor and outdoor) with maximum privacy, making it ideal even for lovers of nudism/naturism. Guest access The villa is available for weekly rentals with Saturday check-in. The prices shown do not include consumption (paria at about €150 per week) that will be accounted for at the end of the stay based on actual consumption Other things to note Extra costs and amenities included: The quote we will send you will include the mandatory final cleaning fee of €100 while the cost for consumption (of gas electricity normally about €150 per week) is excluded that will be calculated at the end of the stay.
