Welcome to Radford, VA! We are located 25 min from Virginia Tech, 5 min from Radford University, and 40 min from Floyd. Our home is very open with lots of places for gathering and sleeping! Grill out while enjoying the fire pit, drink coffee on the large screen porch, or play games at our extended dining room table. Prepare meals while still visiting with friends and family at the bar, in the living room, dining room or on the porch! Then retreat to one of 6 bedrooms for quiet time. Come visit! We are a family of 7. My husband and I live in this beautiful home with our 5 kids (ages 5-14.. You will see evidence of our family life throughout our house:) We hope the open concept is a fit for your group's needs! A lot of memories have been made in this home and it is our joy to make it a part of yours. A portion of the home is an apartment above the garage which is NOT a part of this listing. The friendly couple living there has their own entrance and there is no shared space with them. Doors leading to their space will be locked. We ask that there are no loud noises after 10pm. In addition to the beds mentioned, we do offer a queen sized air mattress, queen sized memory foam topper, and pack n play, upon request. The dining room table can extend to accommodate at least 14. Let us know if you'd like it extended. I will meet you upon arrival. Guests can expect us to to be available through text/email/phone with any questions or concerns. We are located in the West End of Radford. Our side of town boasts one of the best coffee shops around, Radford Coffee Company! You can also take advantage of the trails at Bisset Park along the New River, go tubing, get some brick oven pizza, or venture out to nearby Christiansburg, Blacksburg, or Floyd. Within eyeshot of our home live 2 police officers and a state trooper. We lock up at night but feel very safe in this neighborhood:)
