Located in the peaceful area of Sa Rocca Tunda, on the beautiful Sinis coast, this spacious and welcoming villa offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, perfect for large families or groups of friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and utensils, ideal for those who love to cook even on vacation. The real highlight of Villa Luigi is the large outdoor space: a big private garden surrounds the house, providing a perfect place to read a book in the shade or let children play safely. The garden is fully fenced, making it suitable for pets, which are warmly welcomed here. The villa also offers a large furnished terrace with an outdoor lounge and a spacious dining table, and a large brick barbecue completes the convivial atmosphere for memorable cookouts. Villa Luigi is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, and private parking within the property. Guest access Guests can access all spaces in the house. Other things to note ONLINE CHECK-IN AND DOCUMENTS: 7 days before your arrival, you will receive a link to complete the online check-in. This is a mandatory legal requirement: it will allow you to upload the ID documents for all guests and sign the tourist rental contract in just a few clicks. TOURIST TAX: the municipality tax is €1.50 per person, per night, applied only for the first 7 nights. Children under 12 years old and residents are exempt. You can easily pay it online via the check-in link or directly upon arrival. PARKING: street parking is paid from June 1st to October 15th, and you can purchase a parking pass online. However, the property features internal parking space for your convenience. WASTE MANAGEMENT: rubbish is collected directly in front of the house during the night or early in the morning. Inside the accommodation, you will find a detailed calendar with all the instructions to sort the waste correctly. Please follow it carefully. LINEN: We provide a set of 3 towels for each guest, and you will find the beds already made upon your arrival. Tablecloths and kitchen towels are also available. Unfortunately, we are not permitted to provide a linen change service or any additional linen. If you think you may need extra changes, we therefore recommend bringing them with you.
