Around the house there are 2 spacious sea view terraces, equipped with furniture like sofas, big tables and chairs for the guests to feel comfortable, relaxed and enjoy their meals, reading, or wine, etc. contemplating the landscape submerged in nature. The house is surrounded by a garden with a barbeque area that guests can use and it has direct access to the beach. There is also an outdoor shower in the garden that guests can use to enjoy a fresh shower after beach in nature with a perfect temperature tepid water. On the beach there are sunbeds and parasols in front of the house for guest´s use. There is also a parking area in the property. The house is old and not renovated, perfectly functional and in a good condition. It has air condition. In general, keeping the stores semiclosed during daytime maintains the place inside fresh and airy. Outside you can change terraces according the sun´s position to cope with very hot weather. There are screens in all doors and windows for protection against mosquitos and other bugs.
