Flat 1A is a beautiful newly refurbished (Summer 24) first floor family apt sleeping 4 guests, a mile from town and 1.3 miles from the foot of Ben Nevis. Enjoy a large open plan living/kitchen area with views. Brand new fully fitted kitchen. Double bed and 2 single beds. Spacious bathroom with large shower. Bed linen, towels, black out blinds, electricity, wi-fi, smart tv, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer and basic kitchen and bathroom necessities provided. Free on street parking The space Communication is key and I will always contact the guest if their apartment is ready earlier than expected to allow early check-in. I always try to be as flexible as possible and allow guests to drop off their luggage if they arrive in FW early even if the apartment hasn't yet been cleaned. Check out is not as flexible but I am happy to allow checkout at 10.30am and maybe later depending on what time guests will be arriving later in the day. Glenlochy Apartments is close to all amenities, ideal for use as a base for a few days or just for a stopover en route further afield. Guest access Although Flat 1A is on first floor of the pale green building, you will access it via the blue building round to the right. Cross through the car park and keep right past Studios 2A and 3A. The keys are stored in a key safe by the door and the code will be sent to the guest the day before arrival along with further information by email. Guest will enter via a shared stairwell and then enter their own private apartment to the left at the top of the stairs. As mentioned, we do not advertise on site parking as the car park belongs to the neighbouring apartments however you may use this car park to drop off and pick up to facilitate your arrivals and departures. You will find many free and easy parking spaces round to the right of the apartments in Claggan Road, outside B and H Autospares and then it's a short cut back through the pedestrian access in the fence to the back of the apartments. Other things to note The car park in front belongs to the neighbouring apartments, therefore we can only guarantee on street parking for free in the neighbouring Claggan Road in the large parking bays. This is less than a minute's walk from the apartment. No stag nights or hen dos or added guests overnight. Max 2 dogs. Please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours and also please refrain from using washing machines and tumble dryers between 10pm and 8am. Thank you. Registration Details HI-40349-F
