We're offering 20% OFF of your booking with us for 7 days. Cheers! The space Access to the pool is included in your booking as an amenity of the downstairs apartment. The pool is right off from the basement apartment entrance. The apartment is locked off at the interior stairwell from the rest of the home. You will not be disturbed at all during your stay. The space has 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette and bar, a dining area, and a living room area with Firestick (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc), WiFi, charging station, and extra air mattress. MAIN FLOOR RENTALS: The main floor may also be rented on an hourly basis during the daytime for more than the 6 guest maximum. This is a terrific option for small events, where guests can make use of the additional space, full kitchen, deck, photo backdrop, and more. TO RESERVE, simply send us an Inquiry with the time you wish to arrive, and how many total people you intend on bringing, and we will assist you with your booking. If you do not wish to rent the Main Floor for a small event, and you only want to rent for 6 guests or fewer, simply complete your instant booking as normal. Guest access Guests are given a gate/door code to access the space. All guests may self-check-in anytime after 4pm. You WILL be able to enjoy the private use of our personal pool/hot tub during your stay. The pool is right out back, as pictured. If you are interested in renting the pool for a few hours during the day for an event with more than 7 or 8 people, please send us an Inquiry with the time you wish to arrive, and how many total people you intend on bringing, and we will assist you with your booking. Other things to note ***PLEASE NOTE: We are very sensitive to traveling concerns surrounding COVID-19. We want our guests to know that we have implemented a protocol in which the space is cleaned first, and then thoroughly disinfected. We're utilizing disinfectant spray consisting of at least 70% alcohol, paying special attention to frequently touched surfaces, like light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucet handles. We are also using bleach and high heat settings as we wash all of our linens. The property is the main residence of the Host who resides upstairs and does not enter unit nor the backyard during the Guest booking. Rest assured that you have complete privacy and we are taking every measure possible to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable stay with us.***
