If you need a peaceful totally independent retreat look no further. The Loft has a modern, fresh living room and double bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a former barn loft. There are extensive views with windows to north, south, east and west and a pleasant outdoor area with seating and car parking. It is adjacent to the owners home overlooking Malhamdale with delightful walks from the door. Local pub 1 mile and farm shop 2 miles. The space The Loft at Windy Pike is ideally placed to relax and drop out, as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, or to abandon the car and walk our delightful dale. It is possible to walk for hours, in various directions and see few people, even though you can also walk to Malham in 20 minutes. Guest access The Loft Other things to note Although wifi is available I have taken it off of the amenities list as it can be slow and unreliable. Bikes: If you bring bikes please either keep them in/on your vehicle or ask if you can store them in a locked shed. Damage has occurred to the paintwork in the porch when visitors have kept them there.
