Our house is called "Casa Margherita". It is an old farmhouse, renovated in 2008, comfortable, of a good standard and with good furnishings. It has large outdoor spaces and breathtaking views of the vineyards and the Valdichiana. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available. The space The house is structured on three levels and is located in a quiet location, with a beautiful view of the Valdichiana. It is equipped with mosquito nets on all windows and French doors and air conditioning in the two bedrooms. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Ground floor: Small storage room with washing machine Living room with fireplace and TV Bathroom with shower Dining room Kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas stove and electric oven, toaster, electric kettle, mocha and all the necessary tools. First floor: Double bedroom Living room with TV and double sofa bed Bathroom with shower Second floor: Double bedroom Bathroom with shower Two parking spaces available in the house. Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (to be communicated) Check-out: 10:00 a.m. Minimum stay: 5 nights Guest access The house and garden are at guests' complete disposal. A barbecue, 6 garden chairs + table, a parasol, 2 deck chairs and 2 sun loungers are available. In front of the kitchen there is a nice pergola where you can eat and relax and...even if it rains you will not get wet! Other things to note We provide towels and sheets, included in the price. Any changes are subject to a fee. In the bathrooms, you will find soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Guests have access to 1 hairdryer and 1 iron. It is essential to have a car to get around.
