Family home w/ Million dollar views of Taneycomo!

Cozy season- warm linens, snacks, 2 fireplaces, Starlink, and a hot tub! Enjoy a relaxing vacation! Beautiful family friendly home on the edge of Forsyth, 10 miles from Branson, 23 minutes from Silver Dollar City. Large yard with firepit, outdoor seating with firetable, hot tub overlooking the million dollar view of Lake Taneycomo. This house sits a couple hundred feet above the water so there is not access to lake however there is a park about a mile or so away with lake access. The space This property has breathtaking views of Lake Taneycomo and it is large enough to hold your whole family! As a family of 8, we have always struggled with having enough space to spread out in a hotel room or nightly rental. With this property, it is no problem! ⭐️There are three bedrooms upstairs: 2 queens and a king and a bedroom downstairs with three twins- all with differing level of firmness, but mostly medium firm. Plenty of room for everyone. ⭐️The main bathroom offers a shower in a bathtub so kiddos have a comfortable place to splash around in. Master bathroom is open in the master bedroom. Master bathroom has a shower stall. ⭐️Both the master bedroom and one queen bedroom have closets equipped with hangers for your use. All bedrooms have lamps and fans for comfort. ⭐️We are a kid friendly property with toys downstairs, children’s movies, and even a pirate ship playground in the front yard! Please note that we have one pack n play for young kids. We have two baby gates which you may use at your own risk. ⭐️Two patios overlook the lake: one off the living/ dining room and one in the master suite. ⭐️Dining room has tons of seating for all! We have a charcoal grill in the front yard. Kitchen is stocked with cooking basics, pots and pans, and full sized appliances! Living room has lots of room for all to relax and enjoy our Roku tv for you to stream all your favorites. We have Starlink internet so you can stay connected while on your trip! The china cabinet in dining room has lots of board games for rainy days. ⭐️Lastly, our year round hot tub sits outside and overlooks the lake so you can enjoy some beautiful sunsets! The hot tub must stay at 100-104. We are always renovating and remodeling our home to provide the best guest experience. If you notice anything that would help set us apart as an Airbnb please message us as we would love to hear guest feedback on our current projects and any future ones! • Special Events Package: While we do not allow large gatherings or unapproved guests, we do want to help make your stay as special as possible. If you are staying for a special event like a birthday, wedding, or anniversary, we would love to help you prep for it! We now offer a special events package that includes cake, card, and some decor. This package is $65 and all items will be set up in the airbnb prior to check in. To receive this package, please message us and we will need to know favorite colors/ cartoon characters for the kiddos, cake flavor, and anything you want written on the card or to leave it blank for you. We will verify the amount of guests (to ensure we have enough cake!) and will ask for payment so we can get these items for you. Surprise your guests with a wonderful event package on your next vacation! Guest access There is a tiny house seated in front of the main house. This is not for rent as it is our housekeeping storage space. There may be housekeepers in and out of the storage space. Guests can access the laundry room in the basement. Please use your own detergent. Our driveway can fit three cars. We are currently renting out our 8 person pontoon on lake taneycomo and would love for you to add this onto your Branson vacation! Please message us if you’d like to book! Other things to note Pets must be supervised. They must stay off of the furniture and beds. They must be in a kennel when you are not there. They can not be left alone. Please pick up poo outside so other guests don’t step in it. Due to the extra work involved in cleaning up after pets, we do have a $25 pet fee. This does not cover major pet messes, but helps offset the cost of labor for my housekeepers. No smoking in the house. There is a $100 fine if smoke or marijuana is detected in the house. This is a residential area so no parties, loud music, or unregistered guests. Quiet hours are from 12-6 am. If you outside during these nighttime hours please be aware of your noise levels as our neighbors do not need to be woken by guests. We have the home on a regular monthly pest control schedule to help minimize the possibility of insects or critters. However our lake community has some unavoidable insects. You may occasionally run into some critters or insects in or around the home. We have also encountered bobcats, poisonous snakes, and even little bears. If this is a concern for you, you may want to book further from the lake or wooded areas. Joe is available via phone call or Airbnb messages. Bri is cohost and will be the main point of contact on Airbnb. Bri or her cleaners will be on property a bit throughout your stay to check on the property, get cleaning supplies, or check the hot tub. They won’t have access to your home during your stay. If you have any questions, issues, or concerns, please reach out on Airbnb so we can best help you, resolve the issue, and keep your fun vacation going! If you do find an issue at the home, please let us know as soon as possible. If you wait to inform us of an issue, we can not guarantee that we can fix the issue before check out so it is in your best interest to let us know of any issues as you find them so we can best help! Under no circumstances will a partial or full refund or relocation of guests be guaranteed. We will work to fix any equipment or amenity failure before or during a stay but can not guarantee that a guest will receive a refund for such issues. If we find something not working properly before check in, guests will be notified asap so they can decide if they want to keep their reservation. We work so hard to make sure the Airbnb stays rent ready so all can enjoy and make great memories so we will always do everything we can to ensure all equipment and amenities are ready for every stay! You will be issued a personal code to access the front door the day before you arrive. This code is unique to you and will only work for the duration of your stay. It will not open any other doors on the property. Check in is anytime after 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM. Make sure you are out of the house by then so housekeeping can get to work.
