The Garden Room (Bed & Breakfast stay)

Tiny House for up to 2 guests, with an en-suite shower room and lounge/bedroom, overlooking the forest and mountains located in a quiet corner of the Garden at Binnilidh Mhor B&B. Room only with the option to bring your own simple breakfast/food. Available is microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle but no cooking facilities. Option for Full Breakfast Menu from B&B at additional cost. Great space to yourself but your hosts are on hand if needed. Our location is rural and remote near Loch Ness. The space The Garden Room (room only stay) is a small quirky en-suite bedroom/lounge with a small basic kitchenette (no cooker or cooking facilities). The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. There is an option to bring your own food to prepare a simple basic meal or breakfast, or at an additional cost, breakfast can be ordered from the B&B. Please ask to see our menu. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery are provided. The Garden Room is compact and cleverly designed. The lounge/bedroom share the same space with a table stored under the sofa and the already made up small double Murphy Bed pulls down from the wall. Additional facilities include free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, a hairdryer, towels, bedlinen and toiletries. Car parking is off road and close to the Garden Room. The summer house adjacent is available for all guests to use for dining or relaxing. Please be aware that the Garden Room is a small space and may not be suitable for guests who are larger in stature. Due to our remote rural location, nearest shops and restaurants are 10-20 mins drive away. Guest access The Garden Room, summer house, garden and carpark area During your stay Your hosts Sheila and Allan live on site and are available mornings and evenings for check in, check out, questions and assistance. Your hosts are available 24 hours per day in case of emergency and our emergency procedure will be explained during check in. Other things to note The Garden room is located in a quiet part of the garden of a busy bed and breakfast house. The garden room is exclusive to you but the garden and grounds are open to all guests. Long distances between petrol stations. Make sure you have plenty of fuel in your vehicle at all times. Local restaurants stop serving food around 8pm-8.30pm and involve a 10 -25 minute drive. Please plan for your evening meal accordingly. There are no cooking facilities in the Garden Room but there is a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and small fridge to store your own drinks and snacks. Registration Details HI-50443-P
