Great location, it is an ideal starting point for hiking, cultural strolls, wellness, cycling, walking and skiing. Within walking distance you can reach the station of the historic Harzquerbahn, which can take you to the Oberharz to Brocken or to the city center. Guest access In the bathroom, there is a sink, toilet and shower. With the well-being of all guests in mind, smoking is not allowed in the house. Other things to note The prices shown already include the Airbnb service fee (15.5%). Also, the cleaning fee also includes the linen fee. After booking, please let us know if you would like to take the bedding from us or if you bring your own bedding. If you bring your own bed linen, we will be happy to reimburse you for the bed linen fee (approx. €7.00 per guest). We always have towels for you. If there are three of you traveling, please note that the kitchen-living area with the sofa bed and sleeping area are only divided by a thicker curtain. In addition to the rental price, the city of Wernigerode charges a tourist tax per person per night: adults: €3.50; children from 6 years €1.75. This is paid in cash on site. The tourist tax includes a bus ticket for the region for the duration of the stay. With regard to the well-being of all guests, there is no smoking in the house. Except in the time of garbage disposal, currently Tuesday from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, you can park for free on the street in front of the house. On weekends, reservations with only one night are not possible. Safety note: The pool located on the private part of the property is unsecured and is not part of the apartment equipment.
