Superfast fibre broadband is in the apartment, 150MB. Secure parking is 150m away (vehicle height restriction of 1.9m or 6'2" for secure parking suitable for small to medium sized cars, but a few guests have parked Range Rovers with some good reversing). Free parking is also available on the road directly infront of the apartment, but this can get busy in the Summer months. There is free wifi. No cost for utility bills. Longer term rental considered at discounted rates. Inquire for details. Crows Nest is situated at the top of Falmouth high street. A 3 minute stroll and you arrive at the top of the old High Street with a variety of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. As you walk through Old High Street you will pass a plethora of waterfront pubs, restaurants and independent shops. At the other end of town (a 15 minute stroll) you'll arrive at the National Maritime Museum in the heart of the beautifully redeveloped Events Square. As a welcome to Crows Nest guests can expect a bottle of wine, some biscuits and tea & coffee making facilities. All linen & towels are provided (except beach towels). The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine / dryer. There is seating for 4 at the dining table. There is also a hairdryer in the double bedroom. Guest access There are no extra hidden charged. All bills are included. Wifi is available at no extra cost. The secure car park is 150m walk away (height restriction 1.9m or 6’2”). Other things to note The view from the front of the building over the harbour are fabulous. Previous guests have told us that they decide to stay in to enjoy it instead of going out!
