Villa in peaceful surrounds - heated swimming pool

Our spacious 4 bedroomed villa is on one level with cathedral ceilings, air and a separate studio, surrounded by terraces and 7000 sq. meters of gardens and forest. A heated swimming pool, spa & sauna + many indoor & outdoor games, keep families entertained without ever needing to leave the villa except to go to the local markets and restaurants or drive a little further to the hilltop villages of the unspoilt Var, to the coast or around the olive groves, vineyards, mountains, lakes and gorges. The space Far from the big cities and the coast, it's an ideal spot right now. You will only hear birds and cicadas in summer. Large salt-treated pool (no chemicals), jacuzzi, spa (5 seats), sauna and plenty of outdoor games (petanque/table tennis etc.) and indoor games (board games, 2 TVs, HiFi etc.) 4 bedrooms, with air conditioning - all with private bathrooms and each decorated with individualized style. Large common areas under a cathedral frame - living room, dining room and kitchen. Outside, large terraces with different places to eat (with barbecue and plancha) and rest - in the sun or in the shade. Our house is perfect for a family with children/grandparents and friends - we only accept one reservation at a time. The villa being on one level is suitable for people with reduced mobility, with a handrail where there are a few steps (access to the pool). All around Claviers, you will enjoy the beauty of the landscapes between the Mediterranean and the Gorges du Verdon; everywhere you have access to the hilltop villages of Haut Var - each with its own Provencal market - shop locally and then enjoy our beautiful kitchen to prepare good meals together. And the coast is 45 minutes away (Issambres being the closest), as well as several large lakes and lovely islands such as Port Cros and Porquerolles. And if you want to explore a little further, there are cities of art and history around (Aix, Nice, Menton, Avignon - and all along the coast). Guest access All - the villa is only reservable by one group at a time - and we are not on site. PLEASE NOTE: OUR HOUSE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL PERIODS OF LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS / ONE WEEK. Other things to note This is a beautiful country home - we brought it for the beauty and peacefulness of nature - and our guests who come to stay are overwhemed by the beauty - and clearly appreciate the opportunity to get away from city life! Altho' we are only 45 minutes from the Côte d'Azur, we do not recommend comming to us if you want to spend your time on the beach and in discos!!! And in summer, the traffic is a nightmare. The other reason we bought here is the climate - this part of the Var boasts more than 300 days sunshine a year. This means that you can enjoy beautifully sunny days, with fabled Provençal blue skies, even in mid winter - and spring and autumn are perfect for enjoying the villa but also visiting the coast, the islands and the many historical towns and villages. Out of season, you can still experience the wonderful Provençal light and bathe in the warmth of the sauna and spa and then spend your evenings around a wood-burning fireplace. This can be a great time to visit when there are fewer tourists.
