- One bedroom apartment- COZY HOME Sabadell has a prime location in the old center of Sabadell, 5 minutes from the City Hall and 4 minutes from FGC station that connects to the UAB and the center of Barcelona. It has capacity for 3 people. It is not suitable for children. We do not accept pets. The space This is a detached apartment, located between two very quiet pedestrian streets, very bright, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (or two single beds), and a sofa bed in the living-dining room. The apartment has a bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm king-size bed (or two 90 x 200 cm beds) + a double sofa bed in the dining room. We prioritize long stays, so we try to make sure the apartment has everything you need to make your stay (whether for studies, work, or vacation) a rewarding experience and with as few setbacks as possible. The apartment has free WiFi (300 MB fiber), a 55" smart TV, a Nescafe coffee maker with welcome capsules, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, and an elevator.
