Other things to note From June 1, 2019 in Oristano, the tourist tax comes into effect. The amount will be collected at check-in, upon arrival of the guest. The fee is €1 per person per night. You will pay up to 7 consecutive stays. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from payment, patients who must be subject to visits or health treatments and their caregiver, individuals staying in accommodation facilities as a result of measures taken by public authorities to deal with social situations or emergencies (natural disasters or situations for which there is a need for humanitarian relief), volunteers who serve on the occasion of disasters, drivers of buses and assistants of groups and organized groups, personnel of state police and armed forces engaged in order and public security activities, workers engaged in accommodation facilities, university students up to the age of 26 and those who participate in programs such as Erasmus at active graduation courses in the city, residents of municipalities in the vast area of Oristano. Failure to pay upon arrival will result in the possibility of declining the guest at the property. From 1 June 2019 in Oristano the tourist-tax comes into effect. Children up to 12 years of age are exempt from payment, patients who have to undergo medical visits or treatment and one travel companions, those who stay in accommodation facilities following measures taken by public authorities to deal with situations of a social nature or emergencies ( natural disasters or situations for which humanitarian relief is needed), those volunteering in a disaster, bus drivers and tour leaders of organized groups, staff of the state police and of the armed forces engaged in activities of order and public safety, workers employed in accommodation facilities, university students up to the age of 26 and those who participate in programs such as Erasmus at degree courses in the city, residents in the municipalities of the vast area of Oristano. Failure to pay on arrival may result in guests being turned away.
