British-inspired apartment near downtown

Cozy 33 m² apartment in a quiet, charming neighborhood, just minutes from downtown. Enjoy a relaxing night's sleep in the double box spring bed or relax on the sofa (convertible with topper) with two flat-screen TVs. In addition: dining area, kitchenette, high-speed Wi-Fi and a modern, barrier-free bathroom. In the vicinity, cafes, bakeries, health food stores as well as many restaurants and small shops invite you to linger and explore. Ideal for couples, families and business travelers – central and relaxed. The space The apartment is in a guest house with a total of 6 rooms, which I modeled on a British B&B. A "hospitality tray" with coffee, tea, milk, sugar and biscuits is available in the room. We have the best Wi-Fi for you: DSL 250 connection with 250 Mbps transfer rate and supervectoring, as well as a mesh Wi-Fi with two additional access points A good breakfast is offered by two cafes (30 or 150 m away). French breakfast (from 7:00 am): hot drink of your choice and croissant: EUR 5.00 Early riser breakfast (from 7:00 am): hot drink of your choice, Bircher muesli with fresh fruits or savory bagel: EUR 7.00 Gourmet breakfast (weekdays from 8:30 am, Sat. 9:00 am, Sun. 10:00 am): a wonderful breakfast with everything your heart desires: hot drink, fresh bread/rolls, fruit, sausage, cheese, jam, Nutella, ... for EUR 15.00. Write to me if you are interested, then I will put the appropriate vouchers in the room, which you can pay with me on site. I can also provide you with a parking space for EUR 9.00 per night in the courtyard or the underground garage of the neighboring house (subject to availability). Guest access The guest house has a separate entrance. All rooms/studios/apartments are off a common hallway. Other things to note We strive for the utmost cleanliness. We disinfect the keys after each guest. Only the hallway of the guest house and the room with the washing machine will be shared with other guests. ......................
