Guest access Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, including 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, indoor garage for up to 4 cars, and a rooftop panoramic terrace. Outdoors, guests can enjoy the heated saltwater pool with jacuzzi zone, BBQ area, garden, and cozy lounge corners. Two electric tricycles are also available for use. Privacy is guaranteed – the villa is rented as a whole, so no other guests will be sharing the space. Other things to note Other details to note • The villa accommodates up to 12 guests maximum. • Heated pool is available from May to October (depending on weather). • Parties and loud music are not allowed after 23:00 out of respect for neighbors. • Smoking is allowed only outdoors. • Pets may be considered upon request. • A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in. • Guests are responsible for safe use of the pool, jacuzzi and electric tricycles.
