On the ground floor of a 1905 Victorian house is a sunny 1 bedroom and livingroom. The rooms have exclusive use of a beautiful large garden with partial views of the bay. The garden is the place to find peace quiet in the middle of our beautiful city. From the bed inside, you can relax and watch boats sailing in the bay. This is a hosted property. The host lives on the upper floors of this 4 floor building. The space I have a no pet policy. These are only SOME of the plants in the garden that are toxic to animals who may be pets or service animals. It has a nice temperpedic mattress. There is wifi, television and a breakfast bar. Out side furniture includes 2 lounge chairs and a table that seats 4. In accordance San Francisco Planning department regulations, the oven is not a full size oven and has only 2 burners not 4 for use. Guest access You enter through a small door, two steps down, proceed down a long basemen corridor. Then there is the apartment that has exclusive use of a lovely large garden with partial bay views.
