Lovely one bedroom self contained studio

Enjoy this lovely studio in Hillarys, only minutes to Sorrento beach, Lot One café and cosmopolitan Hillarys Boat Harbour, the gateway to Rottnest. Located under our two-storey home, there's a separate entrance, ensuite bathroom and full kitchen, with a Nespresso coffee machine and cooking basics. There’s a parking space in front of your entry, and plenty of street parking, with a lovely park nearby. The space Convenient and tastefully furnished, with a smart TV with access to Stan and Prime video; free fast wifi, ensuite with shower and WC, and a small well-equipped kitchen, this studio apartment suits a single traveller or couple in Perth on holiday or business. Perth can be really hot in summer, and there's a portable evaporative air cooler, which is fine unless it's over 40 degrees! Your comfort is a priority, so just let me know if there’s anything you need. Guest access There’s parking on the street as well as on the left hand side at the top of the driveway, in front of your studio. The driveway is a bit steep but you’ll get used to it. The whole studio is yours; there’s a small staircase that leads upstairs, and if it’s a super hot day, you’re welcome to unlock the door and let the main aircon into your room. We have a 2 year old labrador who adores guests, so she sometimes tries to visit. She never barks at night, so don't worry if you hear her during the day. Other things to note There is a simple breakfast of granola provided, but let me know a day in advance if you’d like something different. There’s a Nespresso coffee machine and spreads for toast. In the cupboard, you will find oil, herbs and spices. Let me know if there’s anything special you need to cook with - I’m always happy to supply it and help out.
