Cosy 3 bedroom cottage on Raymond Island, (YES, a 3 minute ride on the ferry), very close to island ferry terminal- 5 min walk or 1 min drive. The house is located near the Koala Trail, an ideal walking track taking you along the lake and inland bush. The island is perfect for cycling and running - bring your bikes. The house has full kitchen, 2 toilets, outside area with pergola, firepit, firewood, gas pizza oven and large BBQ. Cafes/restaurants/pub/wine-bar/supermarket are all on MAINLAND The space -Island location within Gippsland Lakes system, very convenient to mainland shops, 5-10 minutes to Paynesville. -Traditional 3 bedroom cottage with all creature comforts. -Quiet and surrounded by nature. Guest access All of the house is available to guests Other things to note There is a small beach area accessed via boardwalk, just south of ferry terminal, around 7 minutes walk from house. Kangaroos graze around the house and are conditioned to being around humans. They are NOT pets, please respect their space and do not attempt to touch them. Ditto koalas.
