Secluded, dark skies, great views, big patio!

Charming 100+ yr old ranch house on private acreage with great views. Large patio & fenced back yard are great for kids/pets. Excellent star gazing. Wildlife feeders. We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (less than 10 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min). The space One story ranch house on 40+acres with a small creek. Peaceful & quiet- no other homes on the property or even visible from the house! Guests love the large fully fenced back yard and patio which included a fire pit, grill and lights. Deer & bird feeders attract wildlife nearby. You can hear some motorcycles on FM 337, a popular scenic route. Otherwise it’s very peaceful and quiet. We live nearby but not on the same property and are just a phone call away, if you need anything. Guest access Plenty of on-site parking. You will need a car. Other things to note Limited cell phone service in the area. Be prepared! The house has good wi-fi. We have small children and use the house ourselves, so it is relatively child friendly. Crib, pack & play, booster chair and some toys available. We cook a lot & keep the kitchen well stocked with pots/pans and basic spices.
