Secluded creekside house, near LM park

Charming 100+ yr old ranch house on 40 private acres with great views and live creek access. Secluded & private. No neighbors. Large patio & fenced back yard are guest favorites, great for kids/pets. Excellent star gazing, bird watching, scenic views. We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked way better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (8 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min). The space One story ranch house on 40+acres with a small live creek. Peaceful & quiet- no other homes on the property or even visible from the house! You can explore the field and walk down to the creek. Guests love the large fully fenced back yard and patio which included a fire pit, grill, hammock and lights. You are likely to see wildlife including deer, birds, turkeys. It’s great for nature lovers, families & those wanting to unplug & relax. You can hear a few motorcycles on FM 337, a popular local route. Otherwise it’s very peaceful and you will not likely see any other people. We live nearby but not on the same property and are just a phone call away, if you need anything. Guest access Plenty of on-site parking. You will need a car. Other things to note Limited cell phone service in the area. Be prepared! The house has good wi-fi. We have small children and use the house ourselves, so it is relatively child friendly. Crib, pack & play, booster chair and some toys available. We cook a lot & keep the kitchen well stocked with pots/pans and basic spices.
