This modern fully equipped apartment is on the 1st floor of a building of 4 new apartments. On the basement level there is a medical clinic. It's located on the main road of Alikanas town with all the amenities within 1-4 min (max) walking distance (super markets,pharmacy,bakery, grocery shops,ATM,car-rentals,snack-bars,restaurants,coffee shops,souvenir shops,bars & pubs). Several beaches with crystal-clear turquoise waters are around with the nearest( profile pic)in less than 7 min walk (200m). The space You will love that everything is new and super clean! The apartment is fresh painted and decorated. You will enjoy the really spacious bedroom and the comfy new mattresses. A free of charge refresh cleaning of the apartment and new linen and towels are provided every 4 days. There is also, a washing machine in the apartment if you wish to do your own laundry (we provide free washing liquids).
