5 mins King's Cross/St Pancras station. Direct to all airports. I can only ever accommodate ONE person. The bedroom is very quiet. Although my set check-in time is 4-11pm I always try and allow guests arriving earlier than 4 to drop baggage off and collect a set of keys. If this isn't possible, 1 minute from my home is a Premier Inn HUB hotel with luggage store STASHER. Register, pre-book your luggage. Look at my Guidebook for food recommendations. The space The flat is in the centre of London life yet quiet, comfortable and peaceful. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. High quality cotton bed linen and bath, hand and face towels are provided. The bedroom is small (3.2 m x 2.6m) and the bed is 'three quarters' i.e. 1.2m wide -half way between a single and double. I am happy to move the bed to improve access for wheelchair users. Let me know if you wish to hang clothes in the wardrobe. Street level access so travellers with heavy luggage or wheelchairs don't have to worry: there are no stairs or steps! Guest access Bedroom is exclusive to the guest and adjacent to the bathroom (bathroom shared only with me). The garden may be accessible in summer by request. I stay / sleep in the living room and we share the same bathroom. During your stay Most times I am around to meet and greet you and ensure that everything is OK for you. If you have heavy luggage I am happy to meet you at the stations and help you bring the luggage to my flat - please don't hesitate to ask. I'm happy to advise you about anything that you need to know about London where I have lived for 50 years. I provide a desk,comfy chair and super fast 5G broadband for guests who choose to work remotely. I am retired and often at home to advise or help you during the daytime. Other things to note This is a vibrant quarter of central London with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and places of interest. I'd recommend the area around Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard, N1C. Here in front of the University of the Arts are a thousand jets of water (uplit with coloured lights in the evening), restaurants, bars and a beautiful Waitrose supermarket. If you are a jogger the canal towpath in the direction of Camden is a lovely run. There are local gyms and swimming pools. Sustainability: I recycle trash when possible. I mainly launder biodegradable detergents.
