The space The villa is located just off the Old Shimla Highway and is within walking distance of the Kumarhatti market. We offer private parking for one car at road level. The entrance to the villa is one level below, accessible via 15–20 steps. The upper floor—which serves as the main entry to the apartment—features an open kitchen, a spacious living area, a dining nook, and access to a large outdoor deck. The lower level consists of two well-appointed bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom and a private balcony. February 2026 Update: Open fires of any kind, including barbeques and bonfires, are not permitted. Kindly note that children under 5 years of age require supervision at all times. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire villa, except for a few cupboards and a storage room that are clearly marked “Private.” One dedicated parking space is available adjacent to the main road, and additional cars can be safely parked on the street. Complimentary Wi-Fi with a high-speed 5G broadband connection is provided for all our guests. Other things to note House Rules & Services • The villa is strictly non-smoking. • All guests are required to present valid Government ID upon arrival. • If the number of guests at check-in or during the stay exceeds the number originally booked, guests will be charged double the applicable rate for each additional person. • Visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted to visit or stay at the property. Daily Housekeeping • The villa is cleaned once daily between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, which includes sweeping, mopping, and one round of utensil cleaning. This service is complimentary. Additional Caretaker Services (optional) • Washing Utensils: ₹150 per wash • Cooking – Option 1: ₹800 per day (breakfast, lunch & dinner + utensil cleaning) for up to 4 guests; ₹150 per additional guest • Cooking – Option 2: ₹600 per day (lunch & dinner + utensil cleaning) for up to 4 guests; ₹100 per additional guest • Cooking – Option 3: ₹300 per single meal for up to 4 guests; ₹100 per additional guest Note: Cooking charges cover only the service; groceries are not included. • Laundry: ₹500 per wash cycle (12–15 clothing items) Linen Policy • Sheets and towels are changed once a week for long stays. • For shorter stays, an additional change is available at ₹500 per set.
