Casa Vista 360

Casa Vista 360 is a country style decorated room/suite in one new building. If you choose to stay here, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking view that offers, any time of the day, the tranquility of the area and a luxury stay with a comfortable spa… The space Casa Vista 360, is a room, situated on a hill of Karpathos town (Pigadia), with a breathtaking view of the town. The building is one of the newest in Karpathos, as its construction started in 2015 and finished in 2017. It is around 1,5 kilometers far from the center, in a big land, so you will need to have a car/bike. The room is actually a separate part in the first floor of the villa, with it's now bathroom and private veranda. The guests does not have to pass through the owner apartment to get to the 1st floor where is the room. But the guests can also have access at the huge veranda, with the 5 Persons Spa System, the hammocks and the lounge chairs (which guests can use). In any place of the building you choose to seat, you will always have the amazing view which you'll never forget! There is a small fridge, a hot water boiler to make your free tea/coffee. Grab the opportunity - stay at the house with the best view ever!!! Guest access -Guests can use the 5 Persons' Spa System always with caution and directions of use which are placed in the room or in the spa area. -The main veranda with the hammocks is also available. -The guest can go DIRECTLY to the 1st floor without passing through the owners apartment. During your stay It is up to the guests if they want to spend time with me or not. I really love traveling, so I also like meeting new people. Either way, I will give any tips to my guests!!! Other things to note -There is a refrigerator for the quests. -There is free tea and coffee for the guests. -A main automatic key will be given, so the guests will be able to open the electric entrance of the land for the cars. In case it is lost, it costs 30€ and the guests will have to pay for it (so, don't lose it). -The owner or other appropriate person will be checking the spa every 2nd day or even more often if it’s necessary for safety, service and maintenance reasons. -Guests must use the spa according to the directions of use. -Cleaning of the suite and the bathroom is not included, but it can arranged with 15€, on request. -Smoking is allowed only in the verandas (not in the room). - The toilet paper must be thrown in the toilet bin and not in the toilet - this is the system it works properly in Greece. - Inviting other people or friends in the area is also not acceptable. Both for general safety reasons and for keeping everything more clean and tidy. Furthermore, other guests would like to use the Jacuzzi, something that is also forbidden. Registration Details 0029748
