The Cook's Cottage: a charming coastal retreat in the heart of Whitstable, with an outdoor kitchen w/BBQ, a summerhouse/den w/ cinema projector, and an enclosed sunny garden. A minute's walk to Whitstable's beach and harbour. The 3-double bedroom cottage is in a prime location, just a short stroll to all the independent shops, galleries, restaurants, and bars, and is also a stone's throw from the beach and harbour. It is a perfect coastal escape for family & friends. Dogs are welcome. However, we also have a multi-function BBQ/Pizza oven/Smoker in the outdoor kitchen that guests are more than welcome to use. Guest access The guests rent the whole cottage garden and private garden. Other things to note Check-in: We provide lots of information about things to do in Whitstable and the surrounding area as well as a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Entertainment: There are lots of books, DVDs, and games that guests can use throughout their stay. Plus, Sky TV, a cinema projector and screen, and a vinyl music box with vinyl are also available. Children: We have four stair gates for each staircase. Please note that, as with all these old fishermen's cottages, the stairs are very steep and may not be ideal for people with mobility issues. Pets: We are very dog-friendly. Please note: At peak times, we only accept a stay of a min of 7 nights & for the rest of the year, a minimum of 3 nights is required.
