Our private family lakefront home overlooks Magnolia Lake with breathtaking ocean views from all 3 deck levels. Our home has five bedrooms, three full baths and an outdoor shower. All bedrooms have their own access door to a bathroom. The large main level deck is perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade while enjoying the ocean breezes or fishing off your own private deck. It’s just a short walk to the beach, recreation center and new waterpark. Our home is fully furnished with SMART TV's and cable in every room. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and family room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make and serve meals including: microwave, smooth-top range, dishwasher, and all the dishes and cookware you may require. A wet bar is located between the kitchen and living room stocked with wine glasses. A brand new washer/dryer is also provided. There is an outside hot/cold shower for washing off the sand after a fun-filled day at the beach and a gas grill to BBQ. There is covered parking under the house for four cars.
