Bright room in Viken

READ THE AD CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING, especially DESCRIPTION OF ROOMS, BEDS & check-in procedures. Child-friendly accommodation in a village close to the sea and countryside. A small room in a private residence, in a safe area. - There are cats in the home! -NOTE: We clean thoroughly before each guest, but due to animals & nature, our home is not for the pedantic. Good bus connections and I will gladly come and meet you! -ASK ME, I'll figure most things out! The space The room is a bright and simple teenager's room, The bed is a double bed 180x200 cm and accommodates 2 adults or 3 children Floor mattress (90 x 200 cm) is provided for an adult or extra child if needed upon request. There are bookshelves, desks, and upon request also storage, in the room There are private items in the rooms and storage furniture, but we have prepared for guests and will NOT need access to the room during your stay there. For those of you with toddlers, space can be made, but you need to bring a travel bed or share a sleeping space, everything else is almost here for even the smallest There are toys but I think outdoor play is more appealing when the hills, playgrounds or beach are so close... NOTE: One of the cats considers the room to be his, he can even open the door, but just ask him to go out, and he will leave you alone. If there is anything that bothers you, please call me and I will immediately fix the problem to the best of my ability Guest access The kitchen is large so you are welcome to both cook and eat there! You will also be assigned space in the fridge and cupboards and have access to all the spices in the house, and other cooking and kitchen accessories. Note that in the kitchen, the cats also eat (= can spill from bowls) and you share it with them, me and my teenager (= can forget dishes or other things out). In the kitchen, there is also a utility entrance/exit to the garden and rabbit pen (= shoe shelf with boots/shoes, jacket hooks, with outerwear on, as well as a corner for things for our rabbits. At times, the kitchen is also used as a place to study on a laptop/computer, so it can be experienced as messy, but it is cleaned up before meals or other needs. You also have access to the living room and TV when we are not at home and sleeping. (I removed it from the listing as Airbnb otherwise added the beds in the room to this listing as available for you who booked the bedroom) NOTE: The accommodation has only one bathroom/toilet and this is shared with me, my daughter and two cats (the litter box is cleaned daily), so occasionally it can be messy (13-year-old) or there is cat litter… We have a smaller family pool, this is set up (summers) before arrival in suitable weather (fixed set pool with room for 2 adults and 3 children. (As it is windy here at certain times, it is taken down so as not to risk it being blown apart) Laundry room is available next to the home BUT since the pandemic (due to worried neighbors) you do not get your own access there but I will wash for you in case of "emergency need" if such should arise. You are welcome to be on the terrace/in the garden: just know that it is shared with the rabbits ;) PLEASE NOTE: The combination of children, adults (own and visitors) and animals makes it quickly and easily messy. But point out immediately if/when this bothers me, then I will fix the matter. During your stay I am ALWAYS available by email and/or phone (night only if emergency) and respond within 1 hour. If I am present, I am always available to answer questions or help with tips and advice about the area or things to do as much as possible! Other things to note We are open and lively, so we are noticeable when we are there :)... in return, we are honest and you can trust that we will do our best to make you feel welcome and have your space respected. You are welcome to bring your own animals, but they must either be cat-friendly/rabbit-friendly or be kept separate from the rabbits in the garden. The cats are used to all kinds of dogs and move away if they are a little eager/on, but should not have to be chased or bitten. If your male dog sprays, it must have a diaper. NOTE THAT: 1. Wifi is connected to our mobile phones, so on the occasions when none of us are home (rare Sunday-Thursday) there is no internet connection. 2. The parking lot has 5 free guest parking spaces for passenger cars, the rest are paid parking.
