"Tome" holiday home is a 1 bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a fenced yard at your disposal. Everyone is welcome to stay and relax in a peacefull small village Babići near Pridraga and Novigrad. We love pets so be sure to bring them along with you and enjoy your holiday as a whole familly! The space For all those who want true peace and rest ... One bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Dalmatian stone house in a small peacefull village Babići near Pridraga and Novigrad. The house consists of a bedroom, a kitchen with a living room (with additional pull out sofa bed), a bathroom and a terrace with a fenced yard. The kitchen is equipped with: fridge with freezer, stove, toaster, water heater. Living room - Sofa bed and sitting area, table and 4 chairs, TV and WiFi. In the bedroom is one big bed for two persons,nightstands and closets. The extendible sofa bed in the living room can be used for 2 additional persons.(kids) Bathroom - bathtub, toilet, washbasin. Free parking is available in the front yard of the house. Garden furniture is there to enjoy the natural environment.“Tome” is an old traditional dalmatian stone wall house that keeps the summer heat wher it is supposed to be- outside. We do have a standing fan that can provide aditional cooling as well. There’s also a mosquito net on the bedroom window so you can enjoy the cooler breeze during the night. The house is equipped with bathroom towels, kitchen towels and all kitchen utensils (pots, plates, cups, glasses...) The holiday house "Tome" is located 3 km from the center of Pridraga, 5 km from the beach in Pridraga and 4 km from Novigrad - Dalmatia. There’s a lot of beaches in the area as well as interesting cultural heritage spots or fun tourist activities. Pets are welcome in “Tome” holiday home! In the Pridraga/ Novigrad area there are a few secluded beaches where you can take your pets for a swim as well :) There’s no stairs outside or in the apartment so it’s easy to get around if you have a baby cart or if you’re in a wheelchair. Guest access Guests can use the whole area of the ground floor- bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining room/ living room and a hallway. The garden area has a table with 4 chairs and a parasol and has a fence around it so you and your pets can be relaxed in or outside the house. There’s an available free parking spot (or 2) right next to the house.
