Located in a small private cul de sac with large driveway parking. This is one off the newer houses built with juliette balconies in master bedroom and spacious living room to take in the stunning sea views. The bedrooms are over 3 floors The ground floor bedroom 4 opposite the downstairs wc has Sea views and it's own tv. The kitchen and family room are on the ground floor. House catered for the numbers booked Pet fee is £25 per dog per stay Sky Q, & sky cinema in living room smart tv and super fast broadband are provided. Additional smart TV's in bedroom 1 (sky Q ) and bedroom 4 The family bathroom has a shower over the bath & on the same floor as the bunk beds in bedroom 2 The master bedroom is also on the same floor, king-size bed, with its own en suite with a power shower. Outside the front garden bench seating area on the patio, a lawn for sunbathing, and in the enclosed back garden, there s small mobile bbq patio tables and chairs. Large driveway parking enough for 3 cars. Only park on this driveway, please Beach View Sea Escape & Driftmark where it is indicated where it says not safe for those children under aged 2 there are no provisions for babies for instance no baby cot & linen, no baby gates or highchair. I also have Sea Escape opposite this house check on my profile photo, and you will find it in my listings in case more off your family / friends wish to book.. Guest access Access is via the driveway through the front gate at ground level,. There is a pathway leading up to the front door. The back gate leads the back garden also from the private driveway going into the house via the patio doors. Parking is on the driveway by the side off the house enough for 3 cars Other things to note No parties If a family get together with 6 people booked no blue tac on walls pins put in walls or ceilings no sellotape as this pulls the paint Strictly no smoking Dog fee £50 per stay up to 2 dogs Please message me breed of dog when requesting to book & mention you are bringing a dog/dogs at the time of request to book Only park within the driveway not on other people's driveways or car parking spaces or block the road Dogs should have well trained owners who clear up after them, not to be left alone inside house or go on the beds, bring your own throws please, if they go on sofas, if your dogs normally sleep with you please inform me off this and bring your own bedding for that bed please.
